We partnered a long time ago. Bordello has been my first record label house & thus my musical home in The Netherlands. Home is where you feel yourself, where you can express the way you are, where you can get energy back from. That is and that’s what it has been to me to participate in this beautiful label. Not to mention, our friendship is by far the best gift by participating along through these years.

Along these years multiple events & musical experiences and great hood-times have happened. More will come in the future.
As of ’21, Bordello Apperitivo Bar opens in Amsterdam for a new episode along this road in which I look forward to contribute when possible.
Below is a recording of one cool gig in Paris, taken place after touring. The event was by Disco Deviant Paris, venue was LeGarage, closing set.

Deseo – Dany E
Deseo – Dany E
One of the nicest project is Deseo. It started from a proposal from Bordello, to come up with a track that would take us back to the Mexican 80’s. I took it seriously. Inspiration, believe it or not, was Chayanne, a singer who’s famous in Mexico & my mom loves. I loved everything while working in this one. Is a release that aged incredibly well, and I’m glad to have received amazing support from all around the planet. Press reviews & more here.

Soundtrack: Deseo – Dany E
JUNO: “It’s the stuff that steamy summer nights are made of, for that kind of vibe, Dany E’s “Deseo”. Dramatic synths sweep in over funky drums and a searing guitar line morphs into epic power chords. A love of radio-friendly guitars are clearly not Dany’s only passion and he pushes “Deseo” into a pulsing, arpeggiated groove, like the kind of track that might have played out in one of the cooler ’80s brat pack movies”

PICCADILLY RECORDS: “…Mexican maestro Dany E, with the hot, sultry and sweaty groove of “Deseo”. A synth heavy groove combines with far out wah guitar chops and echoing riffs, leading the dance with natural dexterity”
