LAGO LAGO ━ Bordello A Parigi, Dany E.
Festivals are my kind of heaven, not many rules, loads of freedom to dance & shout, and get loose in the music. Playing at Lago Lago’s Bordello A Parigi stage was one of those moments where I could add my taste to this super fun lake, was incredible.

Festivals for me are like safe spaces. You know, where you can finally let go until you give up. It’s the best feeling. Being part of a lineup for something like that? Absolute cool stuff. Playing at the Bordello A Parigi stage for Lago Lago was pretty damn good, I got to throw my own vibe into the mix, it was mad.
Playing at festivals for me it’s not about being all clubby or experimental. We go to festivals to feel emotions. It’s about freedom, celebrating together, and just jumping around and etc. So, I can’t imagine doing a festival set without keeping it fun and full of good vibes. I gave it my best shot and it turned out pretty pretty good.
I drove down with my GF & two of my closest, lovely people…we were rocking up arriving at the backstage, everyone was nice. They didn’t expect us to camp, we put our tent and got straight into the mess. I was on around 9 pm. My set started steady, and it didn’t take long for some dancers to arrive. By then vibes were going solid, the night was coming in…and I was having a proper laugh with the dancers at the front. I’d planned to save some tracks for when crowd was more in the mood, but I couldn’t help myself and dropped a few much earlier, it worked fantastic. More people came, and at one point I was just shouting all along. The last bit of my set was a bridge with lower BPMs and an 80’s hit. In that moment, I felt in total harmony.
Walking around I met a few artists, had the festival connection curious about how things developed for them, the festival was great and night went by smoothly. A day after we woke up to swim, eat & chill. Sky was not happy that day, and early on rain started falling on us by bits. We managed a good fun meanwhile. Sadly by 10pm we were running back to the tent hoping it wouldn’t flood as is was pouring, we were soaked. Luckily we’d prepped for it so the water stayed out. A very cozy night otherwise, was a good treat. Big love to Lago Lago—proper good memories to keep.
